| Only members of the Society and members of specialised societies in the field of Czechoslovak
philately may bid or enter material in the
auctions. |
| Rules for Submitting Lots |
| Begin by preparing a list of your lots complete with an accurate description and
a reserve price. Send this list to the Auctioneer, Ken Dyke, as an Excel spreadsheet, a Word document, or a written list. Do not actually submit
your lots
until the Auctioneer signals acceptance. |
| All lots must be placed in individual packaging. If you do not package your lots,
the Society will charge for any packaging materials required. |
| The Auctioneer is happy to advise on the optimal way of dividing collections, accumulations
and other large lots. The Auctioneer may be able to
collect lots at Society meetings but must be notified in advance. |
| Estates of Deceased Members |
| The Auctioneer is happy to deal with the estates of deceased members by sorting, preparing
lots, and valuing. The above rules do not apply in such
cases. |
